APM Terminals Aarhus (part of the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group) and Cargo Service, two neighbors in Denmark’s Port of Aarhus have agreed to combine their two facilities into one port complex to comprise one long contiguous deepwater berth and one set of truck gates, to obtain operational synergies and the improved use of land, equipment and buildings.
